Vitamin C Gummies – A simple way to help boost our kids’ immune systems during the day, while at school is by adding a few Vitamin C gummies to their lunch box. They look like a sweet treat, which they are, while giving the kids a little boost midday amongst all the winter germs going around right now. The past two years our house was hit with bad colds right before Christmas and it is NOT happening again this year! I drop 3 of these in a ziplock each day – YES three, which is more than the RDA, but Vit C is water soluable.
